A wonderful experience staying at the Conrad. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly and in particular Diana at the breakfast restaurant! Rooms are spacious, clean and have beautiful balconies. The grounds are beautiful with several pools, lots of sunbeds, free tennis / football/ basketball court. There is heated outdoor pool accessible all year round and a free indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi. You can also pay a little extra and get access to the lovely SPA - massages are very good there! There is plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet and you can also order some additional items from the menu (all included in the breakfast charge). You can rent bicycles (including electric ones), get beach towels and water bottles for the day. The hotel has everything you can wish of needing! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Staff were excellent, so polite and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. We loved the cleanliness of hotel, room and breakfast area. The location is close to Faro airport, 20 minutes at most in taxi. The bar was very good and cocktails excellent. Perfect location for golf as numerous courses on the doorstep. The shuttle to beach was great, 15 minutes each way. The hotel's infinity pool was lovely and it was good that there was another pool which catered more for children. Good base to visit Faro, Vilamoura and other popular places.

Breakfast is amazing. Pool area and staff are fantastic. Great gym and well equipped. Hotel staff all extremely helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were great (Grand Deluxe King Room with Pool View). Tried some of the local restaurants and were very pleased with those. Will definitely return.

What’s not to like? Customer service goes way beyond expectations. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. The amenities: pools, gym, spa, basketball, tennis, golf and shuttle. Top notch poolside drink and food service. The food was consistently excellent. Rooms were much larger that most Euro Hotels and have nice patios. The front desk staff gave us great Restaurant recommendations and did the bookings. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landscape is beautiful

The hotel was absolutely superb. It is pure luxury through and through. Myself my mum and sister felt taken care of constantly. Ricardo at the pool catered to our every need and was so helpful always holding us pool beds. My sister was pregnant and had the most incredible pregnancy massage. Our room was a large size for three people which we weren’t expecting with a large balcony and bathroom. The gym had the best up to date machines and the baths even had TVs. Pure luxury. We will be coming back next year. The buffet breakfast had every food you could want and I have a gluten dairy and egg allergy which they catered for.

Amazing staff, clean and very comfortable rooms. Nice and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Louro restaurant at the hotel was the best food we have had in the Algarve, with lovely staff. Very attractive artwork in the hotel by ArtCatto. Stylish, cool and really classy. The Spa is great. Conrad is in a good location. Mum’s mobility room was really good. Our rooms were beautiful. The staff made us so welcome. Very impressive.

The facilities at the property were exceptional and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the food, using the gym and other facilities and I wish we stayed longer
